All credit card payment transactions are processed through electronic payment platform "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank which uses encryption TLS 1.2 with protocol 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL).
Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it while using the appropriate key.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellation:
If cancelled or changed up to 21 days before the date of arrival, 30 per cent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled later or in the case of a no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Prepayment: 30 per cent of the total amount may be charged anytime after booking.
• Prices are all quoted in Euros, per night, for the whole villa for a maximum of four people for Villa Gema or six people for the other villas.
• All taxes are included in the price.
• In order to secure a reservation, we may ask for a deposit via credit card or bank transfer.
• All children are welcome.
• There is no breakfast or meal option with the villa.
• Pets are allowed on request, please contact us.
